I’d encourage projects, but not simply “as many as possible.” I’d focus on building a few foundational concepts deeply enough to understand the decisions behind them.
For instance, why you chose the architecture, what broke, how you fixed it, and what you’d do differently. Understanding the moving components of a solution, not just having something that works.
AI can help you build faster; projects give you the context to develop the judgment to build better.
